Denise Craig, CAE, CCA is a strategic leader who is passionate about helping others discover their God-given purpose so they can live and lead well. With over twenty years of personal experience in church leadership, Denise is honored to serve as our association’s Chief Executive Officer. She also serves on the Advisory Panel for Church Executive Magazine, and is a regular speaker for conferences, Bible studies, and financial seminars.

Denise received a BS Degree in Vocal Music Education from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga and did graduate studies in Teaching and Learning at Cumberland University, and in Biblical Studies at Berea Bible College. Denise became a Certified Association Executive (CAE) in 2024, a Certified Church Administrator (CCA) in 2006 and is also Certified Financial Coach.

Tammy joined the staff of The Church Network in 2003. She grew up in Commerce, TX, where she graduated from Commerce High School with Honors and attended East Texas State University (now East Texas A&M-Commerce). Before coming to TCN, she worked in churches for more than 20 years; Church on the Rock in Rockwall, TX; Forest Meadow Baptist Church in Dallas, TX; Scofield Church in Dallas, TX; and The Heights Church in Richardson, TX. She also worked in the Statistics Department at Interstate Batteries in Dallas, TX. Tammy & her husband, Mike, are active members of Family Fellowship in Greenville, TX.

Darby joined TCN in the fall of 2019. She grew up attending a nondenominational church in West Tennessee where she was involved volunteering with the youth and worship department. Her studies brought her to Dallas, TX in earlier 2017, graduating that following spring with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Music Business and Marketing from Visible Music College. Prior to joining TCN, she worked as a barista for 7 years and in various positions at her home church. In 2020, she moved back to TN and now lives in Memphis with her husband, son and rescue dog.

Peyton has worked in education for six years as a business education teacher, and she is excited to join The Church Network community. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2014 and her Master of Business Education in 2016 both from Middle Tennessee State University. Peyton is dedicated to her faith and her local church where she serves in the pre-school ministry. While in college, Peyton was an intern in church administration, and it is a blessing to see how God prepares people for His assignments. She plans to use her skills from learning, teaching, and volunteering to help expand and enhance an already great program and further His kingdom.

Dana Fickling, CCA is a dedicated business professional who finds joy serving the Lord and His church.  Prior to coming to TCN, she worked as a Church Administrator for over 24 years. She graduated from Baylor University with a BBA and a minor in Communications. She earned her MBA from Texas Women’s University. Prior to church administration, she worked in the public accounting, manufacturing, and medical industries. Dana has been a long-time member of TCN and became a Certified Church Administrator (CCA) in 2003. She has served on several TCN committees, as well as on the Board of Directors for six years, including two years as the Board President.

Alicia Montijo is the Director of Member Relations, where she focuses on fostering strong relationships and ensuring top-tier service. With 20 years of experience in event management and a background in various administrative and executive support roles, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her position. Prior to joining TCN, Alicia spent eight years on the administrative staff of a prominent church in Chattanooga, contributing to both organizational growth and community outreach. Originally from Southern California, she and her family have proudly called Chattanooga home for the past 20 years.

Ashley Coltellino is an Executive Assistant with over seven years of experience serving leaders in the church and nonprofit sectors. With a background in project administration and database management, she thrives on organizing tasks and managing CRM. Ashley lives in Saint Louis with her husband and their fur babies. When she's not working, you can find her exploring one of the many nearby parks or relaxing with a good book and a cuppa tea.
