You may claim tax exemption in the State of Texas only if you have a State of Texas tax exemption certificate and the name on the form matches the name on the method of payment. To qualify for this exemption, you must bring a copy of your Texas Sales Tax Exempt Certificate that shows your exempt number. (Follow this link to get an application.) The name on the certificate must match the name on the check or credit card used for payment. The tax exemption cannot be granted if paying by personal check or personal credit card. Their exemption does not exempt you from paying the hotel sales tax.

It is not required, but greatly appreciated. Beware of last-minute “housing pirates” promising big discounts. They are a serious problem for all associations and TCN is no exception. Don’t fall for it. If our attendees and exhibitors don't stay in our conference hotel because of what appears to be a too-good-to-be true situation elsewhere, then we face the possibility of attrition charges for not filling our room block. Attrition charges are significant and could potentially harm TCN financially. Please stay at one of our conference hotels. Book your hotel room through this link from our website. Don't go it alone!.

See each hotel info on hotel page. Parking at the convention center is $10.00/day with no in and out.
