General Information about the Metro Network
The Metro Network is a group of administrators, executive pastors, operations leaders, finance leaders, and similar roles that meet to equip the members with resources and shared knowledge to better manage the local church. The group is primarily made up of churches with 1,500 or more weekend attendance and the discussions are focused on this group’s unique needs.
The group generally meets three times a year, in the spring for a Roundtable meeting, during a session at the National Conference in July, and a fall Roundtable meeting. Locations of the Roundtables change annually, and details will be posted on this page as they are available.
These round table events offer smaller groups which allows for more in-depth conversations. The format will again be a round table with topics of our choosing. Bring your questions, forms, and ideas and share with a group of your peers to help us all become better administrative leaders of God’s Kingdom. We will offer CEU’s for the meetings.
This group has been meeting since 2009 and the sessions have been a tremendous success. Topics have included legal issues, payroll questions, computers, software and more.

Participation Requirements
We have found that many of the Metro Network members meet most of the following criteria:
- 1,500 in worship attendance on a typical weekend
- $2,000,000 or larger annual giving budget
- Multiple weekend services
- Multisite church model (there are some members with only one location)
- Manage staff members
