LAUNCH KEYNOTE - Tuesday, July 9th

Ken Hartley served in full-time local church ministry for over 35 years in three states for churches ranging in membership from 90 to 13,000. He now speaks and trains corporate and faith-based organizations all over the world in the areas of leadership, personal growth, and communication. He is a best-selling author of ten books, including Leadership Illusions, God-Wired, and Leadership Lessons from My Fathers. His books can be found at Barnes & Noble, Amazon, and other book retailers. Ken will be available after his session to meet and purchase his book, Leadership Illusions - 21 Things People Believe about Leadership that are not True. 
  
He is a Certified Speaker with the John Maxwell Team and a Certified Human Behavioral Specialist in the DISC model of Human Behavior. 
  
Utilizing his gifts and talents in the areas of speaking, singing, and illusions, Ken lives to add value to others and help them realize and step into their God-given purposes.

Seth Yelorda is the founder of Vision Clarity, an organizational development consultancy. Specializing in leadership coaching, strategic planning, team development, and culture transformation he helps churches, schools, hospitals, and nonprofits unlock their full potential. 
  
Drawing from 15 years as a senior and executive pastor, Seth possesses a deep commitment to supporting faith and community leaders, aiding them in building team synergy and navigating conflicts effectively. Seth lives in Riverside, CA with his wife and three daughters



KEYNOTE - Thursday, July 11th:

Vonna Laue
was raised in South Dakota and has lived across the U.S. From a town of 1,500 to visiting all 50 states, 24+ countries, and over 110 airports, she has had the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life. She recently published the book Glad I Didn’t Know: Lessons Learned Through Life’s Challenges and Unexpected Blessings to encourage people in their walk with the Lord. The book and her passion for speaking on this topic came from a review of difficult times in her life when she realized the Lord had accomplished great things that she would have missed if she hadn’t gone through them. She also realized many great things that occured would have been messed up if she had known in advance and tried to control the outcome. 
  
Professionally, Vonna has worked with ministries and churches for over 25 years. She was a partner for a national CPA firm serving not-for-profit entities through audit and consulting services. Subsequently, she held the role of executive vice president for an organization that works to enhance trust in the church and ministry community. She is currently serving ministries through financial and operational consulting engagements. 
  
Vonna earned her B.S. degree from Black Hills State University and her MBA degree in leadership and human resource management from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She has served on local, national, and international boards and currently serves on three boards, including as chair for the World Vision U.S board. 
  
Vonna and her husband, Bryan, have been married for 32 years and have two wonderful daughters, a fantastic son-in-law, and an amazing new grandson. She enjoys many things, but especially the beach, sports, and dessert.

Ron Edmondson
, a senior leader of Immanual Baptist Church in Lexington, Ron Edmondson is unique as a pastor. Ron has been a self-employed business owner, an elected official, a nonprofit CEO, a church planter, and revitalizer. In fact, he has held 32 different jobs in his career. He is a popular author and podcaster focused on the field of leadership. He has a blog where he shares insights into leadership, church, and culture. Ron and his wife Cheryl have two adult sons, both happily married with two daughters each.
